Maurer’s Lakeside Services, LLC was founded by Tony Maurer in 2003. Tony was a high school social studies teacher and coach in the Brainerd Lakes Area when he founded his business. In Tony’s first few years of business, he specialized in dock and lift installation and removal. By 2006, Tony expanded into lawn care service. Over time, Tony formed great working and professional relationships with his clients and he learned that there was a desire, by many homeowners, to have their property completely maintained by one company. By 2010, Tony had expanded into complete property management. He has since built the best team of trained professionals and licensed contractors in the Brainerd Lakes and Whitefish Chain Areas to best service the needs of his customers.

Tony’s twenty-five years as an educator, combined with over twenty years of providing property care services, has taught him that effective and efficient communication are the keys to a successful relationship and understanding the needs of all interested parties. Tony believes his greatest strength is his ability to communicate clearly and effectively with his clients. As Maurer’s Lakeside Services has continued to expand, Tony has made sure that his growth is manageable. Tony will not grow in a way that will sacrifice the personalized customer care and attention his customers have come to expect.
